The Department of History offers both thesis and non-thesis Master’s programs, as well as a PhD program. Our department, which boasts a distinguished and dynamic faculty with educational backgrounds from some of the world’s top universities, is committed to cultivating individuals who are open-minded, focused on problem-solving, eager to research and learn, and who meet international standards of excellence. In this regard, courses are also offered within the multidisciplinary M.A. and PhD Programs in International Ottoman Studies, in collaboration with other faculty members across the university.
